高维极速英语海外学习成长中心于2023年2月在新西兰奥克兰成立，提供家庭与个体成长的咨询、规划与培训;打造学习与成长中心。

2023年4月，中文戏剧系列证书课程及高维极速中文课程推广中心随即成立。同时，结合高维极速英语学习法，推出NZCEL课程;

此外，“留学成功”预备课程即将推出。

HDSE NZ Learning (Support) Centre was set up in Feb 2023 in Auckland, NZ, providing (In person or distant) consulting, and establishing a support centre for learning and growth, followed by Chinese drama courses and HDSC Centre which was set up in Apr 2023. Meanwhile, NZCEL courses in conjunction with HDSE learning methods were introduced in April. Additionally, preparation courses for success in studying abroad are to be introduced.
